Basic Requirements of the University
1. Native English speaker.
2. Must hold academic credentials and degrees from the national education sequence.
3. Possess good moral character, abide by laws and disciplines, have no criminal record,
maintain good ideological and political qualities, a strong sense of professionalism and
responsibility, good professional ethics, and the awareness to serve the university's
teaching, scientific research, management and other auxiliary support work.
4. Be in good physical and mental health, meet the physical conditions required by the
position, and have the professional knowledge, work ability and corresponding qualification
certificates necessary to perform the job responsibilities.
5. Comply with the requirements of documents such as the "Measures for the Employment
Management of Series B Personnel under the Full Contract Employment System of Beijing
Institute of Technology" and the "Measures for the Open Recruitment of Beijing Institute of
Technology (Revised)".
6. No labor employment relationship with other units.
7. Meet the job qualification requirements of the specific employing unit.
Additional Requirements
1. Proficient in teaching accounting-related courses in English.
2. Proficient in using office software, multimedia, networks, etc.
3. Candidates with English teaching experience are preferred.
Job Responsibilities
1. Teach undergraduate courses such as Managerial Accounting, Intermediate Managerial
Accounting and Advanced Managerial Accounting in full English in accordance with the
teaching syllabus.
2. Provide tutoring and counseling for accounting courses.
3. Undertake the task of setting and marking papers for mid-term and final assignments and
examinations.
4. Guide undergraduate graduation theses.
5. Complete other temporary work tasks.
Salary and Benefits
• Pre-tax total package: ¥25,000 per month.
• Teaching load: 150 class hours per semester.
• No mandatory office hours.
