In this role, the RN Administrator, Ambulatory Surgery will provide overall leadership for a close-knit surgical services operation within a small, modern ASC environment that includes a cath lab and fewer than 200 cases per month . The ASC Clinical Administrator will oversee a diverse case mix including orthopedics, spine, ENT, podiatry, pain management, general surgery, interventional cardiology, and GYN. This setting allows the Surgery Center RN Administrator to drive operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-quality outcomes in a well-structured environment.
The ASC Nurse Executive reports directly to the CEO and collaborates closely with experienced nurses, physicians, and surgical leadership.This is a leadership role in which the Nurse Administrator maintains accountability for day-to-day operations including staffing, scheduling, performance management, accreditation readiness, and overall clinical and administrative functions.
