ASC Nurse Administrator opportunity for an experienced RN leader who is passionate about outstanding outpatient care . This role fits a Surgical Services Nurse Manager who thrives in a fast paced ambulatory setting.
ASC Nurse Administrator will join an ambulatory surgery center with physician led governance. The facility is a Community Medical Center with national accreditation for quality and patient safety. Ambulatory Surgery Center Nurse Director will be part of a collaborative culture that champions innovation. Modern perioperative suites support advanced outpatient procedures across multiple specialties.
ASC Nurse Administrator reports to an executive leader such as the Chief Operating Officer or the ASC Board. OR Nurse Administrator leads charge nurses and preop and PACU supervisors and partners with sterile processing. This role collaborates daily with surgeons and anesthesia and cath lab leadership to deliver safe care.
ASC Nurse Administrator oversees three operating rooms and two procedure rooms and one cath lab. Outpatient Surgery Center Administrator supports about 150 cases each month with roughly 25 FTEs and a case mix that includes orthopedics sports medicine and total joints spine ENT podiatry pain general surgery interventional cardiology and GYN. The team energy is professional and supportive with strong techs and engaged physicians.
ASC Nurse Administrator drives regulatory readiness and maintains compliance with accreditation standards. Perioperative Nurse Administrator mentors circulating nurses and advances competencies and education. This leader manages budgeting and staffing and daily operations with a focus on efficiency. The role builds physician relations and improves patient flow and on time starts across all service lines.
