Akkodis is seeking a Business Consultant for a Contract with a client in Atlanta, GA. Candidate must have strong capability in translating business goals into an integrated transformation roadmap while owning end‑to‑end solution architecture across process, data, analytics, and applications.

Rate Range: $49/hour to $64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Consultant job responsibilities include:

• Leads the creation of a sequenced transformation roadmap covering assortment, inventory, forecasting, and pricing adjacencies.

• Owns end‑to‑end solution architecture across process, data, analytics/ML, and application layers to ensure cohesive delivery.

• Frames AILLM use cases, evaluation metrics, and human‑in‑the‑loop workflows while defining product ionization and explainability standards.

• Builds business cases, defines KPIs/OKRs, and publishes value realization dashboards for leadership visibility.

• Coordinates stakeholder management efforts by serving as the single accountability point for leaders, internal teams, and vendor partners.

• Drives delivery governance through POD rituals, risk/issue management, release planning, and dependency orchestration.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 6–8+ years of experience in solution architecture or functional consulting roles.

• Strong capability to design end‑to‑end transformation roadmaps and own solution architecture across process, data, analytics/ML, and applications.

• Proven ability to drive governance, stakeholder alignment, and AILLM enablement while ensuring measurable value realization.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $64.00 per hour
