Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $85 - $90 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Product Leadership & Strategy
• Lead the product roadmap for core banking modernization focused on small business products (e.g., deposit, lending-related servicing, pricing/fees).
• Translate business outcomes into epics, features, and prioritized backlogs across digital + core systems.
• Mentor/lead cross-functional teams: Digital PMs, Financial PMs, BSCs, BAs.
