Empower Field is the home of the Denver Broncos and a wide variety of concerts and specialty events! Provides exceptional guest hospitality and is responsible for timely and efficient set up, service and breakdown of events. Must be extremely detail oriented and be able to multi-task. Must be able to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

This position is considered an Hourly/ Seasonal/ Part-Time Employee

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION:  The hourly rate for this position is $20.00  to $21.25 . If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Position Type

Scheduling for this position will be managed through a flex workforce app, ReadyOn, in which shifts will be made available for you to select. There is no minimum guaranteed hours per week and hours will not exceed 25hrs/wk average annually.

Job Responsibilities

• Set up catering and event service according to client/customer requests and banquet event order 
• Transport and deliver catering food and beverage with all vital supplies and equipment 
• Set up chairs, tables, buffet lines and other event equipment as requested in banquet event order 
• Replenish Food and Beverage products during events 
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events 
• Pick up and clean up food and beverage deliveries after service 
• Break down and clean area after the conclusion of the events and return equipment to accurate storage 
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests 
• Follow safety policies and procedures 
• Other duties as assigned by management. 

Pre-Event: 

• Review BEOs, timelines, Event Notes, Diagrams, etc. with Supervisor and MOD 
• Attend Pre-Shift prior to each event 
• Set-up workstation(s) in accordance with beginning checklists, sanitation & cleaning guidelines 
• Work with Culinary to ensure food is set according to the BEO 

During the Event: 

• Maintains knowledge of menu items and other offerings according to the BEO 
• Replenishes food, beverage, utensils, service-ware, as needed throughout the event 
• Maintain a clean service area throughout the duration of the event, attending to spills, bussing, etc. as needed 
• Provides excellent customer service, anticipating guests’ needs 
• Maintains a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. 
• Provide guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed expectations 
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation 
• Maintains a clean, neat, and safe work area always 

Post-Event: 

• Breaks down and cleans/sanitizes food service areas, workstations, and equipment in accordance with closing checklists 
• Returns dishes, equipment, etc. to the appropriate location in a clean and orderly fashion 

Expectations: 

• Arrive on time and in full uniform to each scheduled shift 
• Adhere to Aramark alcohol and tip policies 
• Maintain an exceptional level of professionalism at all times when on the clock 
• Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the stadium

Qualifications

Skills: 

• Must maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor always. 
• Must be able to deliver timely, efficient, quality service. 
• Ability to adapt to change quickly. 
• Must be proactive and self-motivated. 
• Organized and ability to prioritize as needed. 
• Ability to work under pressure. 
• Punctual and be dependable. 
• Must be able to read and maintain information and recipes. 
• Must follow job duties/procedures and instructions. 
• Service industry experience preferred. 

Physical: 

• Able to move fast and act on assigned duties. 
• Must be able to stand, kneel, lift, carry, walk at a fast pace and bend. 
• Ability to occasionally lift, push carts, carry trays and put away parcels weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods of time. 
• Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance standard.
