We're seeking a dedicated and detail-driven Commercial Roofing Estimating Manager to lead our estimating team and drive long-term growth. In this role, you'll work directly with leadership, influence key decisions, and guide a team of talented professionals through complex, high-profile commercial roofing projects.
What You'll Do:
Lead and manage the estimating department for commercial roofing projects
Prepare detailed bids, takeoffs, and proposals for a variety of systems
Collaborate with operations, sales, and ownership to ensure bid accuracy and execution
Mentor and train junior estimators for long-term team development
What You Bring:
10+ years of experience in commercial roofing estimating
Strong leadership and project management skills
In-depth knowledge of multiple commercial roofing systems
Experience managing multiple large-scale projects across various markets
