Schedule: Full-Time | Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 5:30 PM

Pay Range: $21.01 $24.69/hour

External Starting Rate: $21.01/hour (above market)

This is not your average front desk positionthis is a dynamic float role in a very high-volume pediatric setting .

You will rotate between:

Pediatric Urgent Care (1st Floor)
Fast-paced, same-day visits constant movement, problem-solving, and patient interaction

Pediatric Specialty Clinics (2nd Floor)
Exposure to 15+ specialties including cardiology, neurology, endocrinology, and more

What Youll Be Doing

• Patient check-in, registration, and scheduling
• Insurance verification and referrals
• Managing a high volume of patient interactions daily
• Supporting providers, clinical teams, and families
• Delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

Position Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (required) | Associates preferred
• Experience:
  • External: 2+ years customer service required
  • 3+ years medical office experience preferred (Epic a plus)
• Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and computer skills
• Other: Must be flexible to float across locations; may include weekends/holidays
