Heights area family is seeking an experienced, flexible, and highly reliable nanny/household support professional to join their family. Duties include providing attentive and engaged care for two school-aged children, ages 9 and 12, transporting the children to and from activities, managing the afternoon routine and assisting with schoolwork completion. The children are described as sweet, well-behaved, and responsive to a patient, kind, and consistent caregiver. The ideal candidate is confident providing guidance, setting expectations, and helping children follow through on responsibilities, while also bringing warmth, energy, and fun to the role. This position includes a mix of childcare and household support, including keeping the home running smoothly, handling dishes, assisting with laundry, and going above and beyond to support the family’s day-to-day needs. This family has a housekeeper, so there is no deep cleaning required. The general schedule is Monday–Friday with split shifts of 7:00 AM–11:00 AM and 3:00 PM–7:00 PM, with flexibility for occasional midday coverage. The family requires flexibility for the nanny to work occasional mornings, evenings, and overnights a few times per month/quarter. The ideal candidate is incredibly dependable, proactive, and experienced, with a history of positive nanny experiences. Someone who is organized, intuitive, and takes initiative to make the household run seamlessly will thrive in this role. Candidates who are bilingual in Spanish or Chinese are a plus but not required. English fluency is required. This family is seeking a nanny who will become a true extension of their family. The family has a pool, so candidates must be knowledgeable about water safety. Candidates who value connection, communication, and creating a safe and nurturing environment while supporting the overall flow of the household would be an excellent fit for this role.
