Job Description
The primary role of a Junior Treasury Analyst is to oversee the cash operations and related funding requirements for various divisions within our growing business. This position has been created to respond to our continued rapid growth. This role provides an excellent development opportunity for individuals interested in financial markets or the homebuilding industry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Join our team and strive to develop new skills across treasury markets
- Reports to the Assistant Treasurer
- Executes daily cash flows for divisions across our Florida, Carolinas and DC markets
- Collaborates with our staff and our clients on the most appropriate cash management practices
- Delivers daily liquidity reporting to the Assistant Treasurer
- Maintains key controls for our Company's daily banking activity
- Collaborates downstream (tax, accounting, audit) to ensure transactions are fairly recognized
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE - 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Highly self-motivated individual with a desire to grow in their career
- Demonstrates strong sense of accountability and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance from a U.S. Accredited Institution.
Exceptional communication skills
- - both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- Ability to collaborate and partner with various stakeholders
