Maintenance Supervisor / Manager – Manufacturing | Mechanical & Industrial Expertise

About the Role:
We are hiring a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor / Manager to lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment . This role ensures equipment reliability , minimizes downtime, and keeps production running smoothly. Perfect for a skilled technician ready to step into leadership or an experienced supervisor who thrives in hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coach, and mentor maintenance technicians
• Plan, prioritize, and execute daily maintenance tasks
• Lead troubleshooting and repair of motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, and other equipment
• Implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation
• Collaborate with production leadership to meet operational goals
• Drive continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures
• Assist with parts inventory, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills (motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, etc.)
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

• Experience with preventative/predictive maintenance programs
• Familiarity with CMMS systems
• Multi-trade skills (electrical, HVAC, compressors, welding, etc.)
