In the OR—also known as the Operating Room—this Surgery Center Nurse Administrator will lead a modern perioperative service line designed for precision, speed, and safety, supported by on-site digital X-rays, MRI, Diagnostic Ultrasound, while cultivating a tight knit team culture across pre-op, intra-op, and PACU; as a surgery center nurse leader expect efficient turnover, evidence-based protocols, surgeon-friendly block scheduling, and specialty exposure spanning for multiple specialities, ideal for broadening skills while elevating patient experience.

Reporting to the CEO, the Surgery Center Nurse Administrator partners closely with the Medical Director, anesthesia leadership, and supply chain to deliver best-in-class access, throughput, and safety; this nurse administrator role leads staffing and scheduling, recruitment and retention, budgeting, quality and infection prevention, accreditation readiness (AAAHC), policy development, surgeon relations, patient satisfaction, and continuous-improvement initiatives, all supported by friendly nurses and a diverse healthcare professional team.
