Salary Range: $54,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all general office operations, ensuring seamless administrative support for manufacturing teams.
• Oversee procurement and inventory of office supplies, breakroom provisions, and essential administrative materials.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs for office areas, liaising with production and external vendors.
• Provide administrative support for HR functions, including new employee onboarding, record keeping, and timekeeping.
• Process invoices, manage expense reports, and track the office budget.
• Maintain organized filing systems and databases for critical company documents, including production-related records.
• Facilitate internal communication and meeting logistics between management, office staff, and production personnel.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in office management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with office management software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of coordinating across departments.
• Experience with basic bookkeeping, budget tracking, and vendor management.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with ERP systems or manufacturing execution systems (MES)
• Understanding of basic manufacturing processes or supply chain operations
• Experience managing quality control documentation or safety records
• Exposure to Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies
