Job Description
We are seeking an accounts payable specilaist who is proactive, tech-savvy professional to join our Accounts Payable team in a fast-paced, cloud-based environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented "quick study" who thrives in a digital workspace and enjoys collaborative, streamlined workflows.
salary: $23 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 10 AM - 2 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
- Technical Proficiency: Highly comfortable navigating digital tools and cloud-based platforms.
- Adaptability: A fast learner with an easy-going personality who can pivot as office needs evolve.
- Experience: Previous experience with accounting or ERP software is a plus, but not required. We are happy to provide full training on our specific systems (Epicor).
- Academic/Career Stage: This is an excellent opportunity for a Business or Accounting candidate seeking real-world experience, or a professional re-entering the workforce.
Schedule: This position offers a unique part-time schedule of
10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. , providing excellent flexibility for the right candidate.
