Job Title: Plant Manager III – Pork Processing
Location: Logansport, IN
Onsite Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to oversee all operations at a pork processing facility. This role will manage production across three shifts and ensure efficiency, safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the plant. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations including production, maintenance, safety, and sanitation
• Manage multiple teams across departments and shifts
• Ensure food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Monitor performance, costs, and productivity to drive improvements
• Resolve issues related to incoming and outgoing product quality
• Lead workforce development, succession planning, and retention initiatives
• Support shipping, receiving, and scheduling operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 8+ years of progressive experience in the meat/food processing industry
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Knowledge of production operations and plant management
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills

Additional Details

• Travel: Occasional (6–11 trips per year)
