Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality assurance testing on various financial products and services offered by Calton to ensure they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate system functionality and performance.
• Document and communicate testing results, defects, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and procedures within the organization.
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, trends, and technologies related to quality assurance testing.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in quality assurance testing, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in testing procedures.

Desired Experience:

• Prior experience working in a broker-dealer environment or with investment advisory solutions.
• Familiarity with insurance and financial planning services to better understand client needs and risk management.
• Experience using testing tools and technologies to automate testing processes and increase efficiency.

Salary & Benefits:

The salary for the Quality Assurance Analyst position at Calton ranges from $110,000 to $125,000 annually.
