10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full‑time W‑2 Class A CDL drivers in Lafayette, LA. Opportunities are available across OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets, with most routes operating east of I‑35. We provide steady freight, reliable home time, modern equipment, and a comprehensive pay and benefits package with benefits commencing on day one. We hire experienced drivers and recent CDL school graduates through a paid training program for qualified candidates with at least 120 hours of instruction.

• Compensation: Earn $1,400 to $1,800 per week, paid by direct deposit every Friday. Exact pay depends on experience and route.
• Employment type: Stable W‑2 role with year‑round freight and consistent work.
• Paid training: Fully paid three‑ to five‑week program for new graduates who meet the 120‑hour training requirement.
• Bonuses: Safety and performance bonuses available.
• Home time: Weekly or every two weeks depending on fleet assignment.
• Equipment: Assigned late‑model 2024 or 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.

Typical day on the job:

• Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in accordance with DOT and company regulations.
• Haul no‑touch dry van freight, approximately 70% drop‑and‑hook, for major customers across the Eastern U.S.
• Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.

Who we are looking for:

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Experienced drivers are welcome; new graduates may qualify if they have at least 120 hours of instruction.
• Satisfactory driving record and a strong safety focus.
• Able to pass DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test.
