We're hiring a Retirement Plan Administrator for a financial services provider in the Madison area. You will play a vital role in supporting members by coordinating plan administration services and ensuring they have the information needed to secure their financial futures.

• Schedule: M-F (8-5)- Onsite
• Location Madison, Wisconsin

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the delivery of 403(b) plan administration services for participating school districts
• Assist with plan reviews, document conversions, and program amendments
• Support the implementation of new program features like automatic enrollment and matching programs
• Train internal staff and plan sponsors on administrative processes and regulatory updates
• Act as a key point of contact for third-party administrators and recordkeeping vendors
• Analyze internal procedures to develop creative solutions that improve service delivery
• Provide high-level customer support to participants and employers regarding their retirement accounts

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with employer-sponsored retirement plans
• Strong understanding of 403(b) or 408(a) regulations preferred
• Excellent written communication skills for professional correspondence and reporting
• Ability to explain technical retirement and investment concepts in easy-to-understand terms
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a customer-focused environment
• Proficiency with financial software or online recordkeeping systems
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
