• RN Hospice Administrator
• Full Time
• Location: Independence, MO
• Pay Range: $80,000-95,000

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Hospice Administrator to lead our hospice division. The Administrator will be responsible for the overall operation and administration of our hospice services, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

As the RN Hospice Administrator, you will oversee clinical and administrative staff, implement policies and procedures, and engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives. Your leadership will foster a compassionate care environment, enhancing the quality of life for patients and their families during challenging times.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the hospice program.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Supervise clinical staff, including nurses, social workers, and chaplains.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care.
• Oversee budget management and financial performance of the hospice department.
• Promote community awareness and education regarding hospice care.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Active Missouri RN License or Compact License.
• Previous hospice or home health leadership experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred).
• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

We are Medicare Certified and State Licensed.
