Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description
This Administrative Assistant role provides critical sales support through accurate data entry, reporting, and coordination of internal projects. You will work closely with internal sales partners and external distributor channel partners to ensure smooth operations and excellent service. This position offers a strong entry point into the organization, with the opportunity to learn the business and grow internally.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive sales support, including accurate data entry, preparation of reports, and maintenance of sales-related records.
Collaborate closely with internal sales partners to support daily activities and ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
Work directly with external distributor channel partners to support their needs and maintain strong, professional relationships.
Manage internal projects such as assisting sales with new customer entry, ensuring all information is complete, accurate, and properly documented.
Coordinate the setup and management of new distributor accounts, including gathering required information and updating systems.
Utilize Excel, SAP, and other Microsoft Office applications to create, update, and maintain reports, trackers, and documentation.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates.
Support general administrative functions as needed to ensure efficient office operations.
Essential Skills
At least 1 year of professional experience in an office environment.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
Strong sales support experience, including customer service, administrative support, and coordination with sales teams.
Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal sales partners and external distributor channel partners.
Technical skills in Excel and SAP, with the ability to learn new systems and tools.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Business or a related field of study.
Experience providing customer service and sales support in a professional environment.
Demonstrated ability to build collaborative working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Motivation to learn the company's operations and pursue internal growth opportunities.
Work Environment
The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote each week after the training period. You will work in a professional office environment that emphasizes collaboration with internal sales teams and external distributor partners. The position operates in a fast-paced setting where you will regularly use technologies such as Excel, SAP, and Microsoft Office to complete daily tasks and manage internal projects.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
