As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and expanding the Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires advanced technical expertise to design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions that drive operational efficiency and business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements, ensuring seamless integration and enhancement of the Salesforce environment.

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
This position is initially a contract role with an expected duration of 3-6 months, with potential for full-time conversion based on performance and business needs.

Advanced Development

Essential Job Functions:
  • Design and build sophisticated Visualforce pages, custom controllers, and Lightning components using Apex and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Lead the development of complex integrations across the Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
  • Create and maintain custom objects, code, and test methods to support various business processes and project requirements.
  • Establish and refine best practices for Salesforce technology deployments, ensuring effective project management and execution.
  • Engage with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand project goals, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions by managing deadlines and providing clear, consistent communication on project progress.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and functional requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior developers and team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience with a proven track record of complex project execution.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce development lifecycle, including SDLC, Agile, and SCRUM methodologies.
  • Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs. Proven ability to develop custom solutions and integrations within Salesforce.
  • Proficient in Salesforce administration, including User, Role, Profile management, Workflows, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, and Security configurations.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sandbox administration and deployment management.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services preferred.
