DESCRIPTION: The Senior Creative Producer will lead the execution of high-impact creative projects and live fashion show and event productions. This role is responsible for coordinating internal and external resources to ensure flawless project delivery and client satisfaction. The Senior Creative Producer will also play a key role in driving innovation and maintaining high standards of creative excellence across all events.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Agency Responsibilities
· Provide support to all Creative/Fashion Services staff members and global agency.
· Collaborate with departments to support KCD in reaching short-term and long-term goals. This includes but is not limited to providing clients with impeccable service and innovative creativity, identifying business development opportunities, and meeting budgetary goals.
· Demonstrate extensive and high-level strategic ability to work with clients. Provide solutions, interpret/create vision for projects, and implement flawless execution.
· Promote seamless communication and partnerships within the Agency.
· Operate as an innovative thinker, consistently researching and introducing Agency to current, new, and relevant areas of design, technology, industry standards, creative vendors/talent, music, pop culture, etc.
· Maintain a keen understanding of relevant industry matters pertaining to a wide range of brands from emerging designers to established global leaders across fashion and lifestyle.
Specific Responsibilities:
· Provide leadership in original concept development and innovative experience to both clients and team.
· Collaborate with Partner(s) on relevant projects with an eagerness to seek out and grow new business opportunities.
· Act as a liaison with clients, vendors, and industry representatives.
· Cultivate creative vendor relationships while facilitating top-level project development and implementation.
· Oversee and review story boards and quotes from vendors, through direct relationships and constant quality control.
· Vendor on and off-site management, communication, and logistical expertise.
· Develop and manage timing and schedules through the evolution of projects including conceptualization and implementation.
· Manage on site projects, infrastructure, and operations.
· Provide professional client experience (with timely communication) while managing client expectations.
· Forward thinking – provide ongoing research and update the department of new relevant resources and visions for future fashion shows and events.
· Maintain appropriate and current records for the Agency when delivering projects.
· Stay current on new and successful innovations across industry (virtual and live event concepts).
· Budget development, negotiation, and management skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 8+ years of relevant experience in Fashion/Luxury shows and events.
· 5+ years of international work experience and knowledge of key regional vendors in both European and Asian markets
· Strong time management skills, ability to multitask, intelligent analysis of dynamics across variable and concurrent client projects and ability to work well under pressure
· Strategic and logistical thinker with the ability to approach situations from a solution-based frame of mind.
· Insightful and comprehensive verbal and written communication skills
· Desire to push oneself to continually learn, expand skill base and industry knowledge
· Strong knowledge of fashion, jewelry, retail, and new media industries
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to travel (domestic/international) frequently for industry & client events.
