Salary: $120,000 - 125,000 per year Requirements:

• 4+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience
• 1-2 years of practical experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC with a focus on TPRM, including:
• - Vendor onboarding workflows
• - Third-party assessments
• - Risk lifecycle processes
• - Taxonomies & risk scoring logic
• Experience integrating ServiceNow IRM with other systems or internal ServiceNow modules
• Solid understanding of the risk lifecycle:
• - Risk identification
• - Scoring models (inherent/residual)
• - Controls, indicators, assessments
• - Compliance frameworks
• Familiarity with ServiceNow integration methods (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer
• Experience with GRC Workspaces (Risk, Compliance, Audit) and UI Builder
• Exposure to Integration Hub, spokes, reporting, and dashboard creation
• Knowledge of modular, scalable development practices that are upgrade-safe
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and analytical abilities
• Preferred experience in the BFSI sector (not mandatory)

• Configure and implement the ServiceNow TPRM module to oversee the entire vendor risk lifecycle (onboarding, assessments, monitoring)
• Create workflows, questionnaires, and risk scoring models for tiering and compliance assessments
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor vendor risk status and remediation efforts
• Integrate TPRM with both internal and external systems utilizing REST APIs and Integration Hub
• Automate workflows using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies
• Collaborate with IRM/GRC teams to ensure alignment with enterprise risk & compliance frameworks
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support, enhancements, and optimization for TPRM
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and corporate standards for vendor risk management and reporting
