Job Description

We’re looking for a Social Content Creator who can shoot, edit, and deliver smart, scroll-stopping content — fast. You understand social as a primary channel, not an afterthought. You love creating social-first content whether it's a 10-second video or a carousel of memes. You have a sense of humor and you’re thoughtful about pacing, timing, and how moments land . 

This is a hybrid/remote position, depending on candidate location.

What you’ll do

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content you know when to use your phone vs a camera & how and when to use capcut and/or edits vs premiere based on the work we want to create
• Adjust for optimized formats, captions, and sound
• Partner with strategists, creatives, and producers to help brainstorm and bring ideas to life 
• Test new tools, formats, and approaches to elevate the work
• Stay on top of trends and bring a critical eye to how they apply to each client's specific voice, look/feel, and audience
• Deliver assets on time across multiple accounts

What you bring

• 2-4 years of experience creating social content with a demonstrable portfolio
• Strong eye for hooks, framing, pacing, and story
• Strong experience with CapCut and/or Edits, and Premier; some experience with After Effects a plus 
• Real social expertise — trends, platform nuance, and knowing when to go beyond “best practices”
• Comfort working both independently and on a team
• Portfolio or social handle(s) required are required with your application
